Shipping policy
Evasion times
Orders are prepared and processed within 3 working days of payment confirmation.
If the order arrives after 17:00, the three working days will be counted from the next working day.
Shipping times
Shipments are made through Poste Italiane Crono Express.
Delivery usually takes place within 48 working hours, but the times indicated are estimated and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Orders become free as soon as the €85 threshold is reached.
Delivery address
It is recommended to enter a complete address with correct house number and ZIP code, to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
Confirmation and tracking
Once the package has been delivered to the courier, you will automatically receive the tracking code directly from the courier.

The goods are left directly at the address indicated in the order.
Check at the time of receipt
Upon delivery, we invite you to check that the packaging is intact and free of damage and that the product received is in accordance with the order.
Disputes
Any damage to the packaging or product, discrepancies or discrepancies with respect to the order must be immediately reported by affixing a written reservation on the courier's document (e.g. "damaged packaging", "missing package").
Important: once the document has been signed without reservation, it will no longer be possible to dispute problems related to the external appearance of the goods.
Subsequent reports: any problems must be communicated within 2 days of delivery.
Goods rejected or rejected
In case of refusal of the goods at the time of delivery:
All shipping costs, including return costs, will be borne by the recipient.
The amount of the expenses incurred will be deducted from any reimbursement related to the returned goods.
