Please check the order carefully before sending, as Candelabro Incantato may not be able to fulfill requests to cancel an order after acceptance. In case of refusal, modification or cancellation of an order, we will notify you by contacting you via the email, billing address and/or phone number you provided when sending the order.

We are not responsible for delays due to shipping couriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Once the products have been transferred to the courier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.
